Four Bean Salad

1 can navy or garbonzo beans

1 can Green beans

1 can wax beans

1 can kidney beans

Drain all beans and combine in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together and then pour over beans the following:

3/4 c. chopped green pepper

1/2 c. chopped onion

1/2 c. oil

1/2 c. vinegar

3/4 c. sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Once poured over beans, toss to coat and refrigerate.  Best if chilled overnight or 24 hours.

Serves 12-15 as a side dish.  Can easily be multiplied out to serve many more.
