Fresh Rhubarb Pie

Here is the “other” rhubarb recipe that has more of a glazed filling like baked berry pie or peach instead of the custard type filling.  Enjoy!

The Recipe:

1 1/2 c. sugar

1/4 c. flour

3 c. rhubarb

1 Tbl butter

Combine flour and sugar and then stir in rhubarb.  Put into an unbaked pie shell, put the dob of butter on top,  and top with another crust or use your favorite crumb topping.

Bake 425^ for 40-45 min.
